• Listen to the client and take notes
• A thumbnail sketch is the first visual created
• Meet or beat the deadline
• Don't take edits personally
• Whenever communicating be Prompt, Professional and Proactive

We live in an era of super short attention spans and alerts from almost every device near us. What motivates me, is letting someone know you have understood their question or concern and are working on a solution. You may not have the answer right away but if the customer realizes that you are engaged and active they will realize they are being heard in an already noisy world.
